How to create a new ticket
After logging in to the Help Center, you can create a new support ticket from the My Area page:
After clicking Add ticket or Submit a ticket, a new ticket form will open.
Fill in all required fields marked with an asterisk (*):
- Subject – write a short summary of the issue.
- Description – describe the issue in more detail.
- Categories - select the category that best matches your issue
- Country -select the country related to your request
- Priority - select the urgency of the issue, if available
- Attachments – add screenshots or files that may help support understand the problem.
